Handbook of Applications of Chaos Theory

Dear Colleagues and Handbook Contributors

Finally the Handbook is in the last stages of the production and the proofs are sent to the authors, editors and other contributors.
73 scientists from 24 countries presented the state-of-the art of the main applications of chaos theory in the 920 pages of the Handbook.
The 12 parts of the handbook include the 40 chapters. It is scheduled to appear on May 26, 2016 by Chapman and Hall/CRC press.

The Handbook is a joint work developed by a group of scientists gathered together the last years partially via the meetings in the CHAOS Conferences and partially via an international network organized by the editors of the Handbook. As the publication date is scheduled for May we have organized a special presentation during the 9th Chaos2016 Conference ( http://www.cmsim.org/ ) in University of London promoting the Handbook. You are all invited to contribute by a simple address or better by a more formal presentation by submitting an abstract or paper.

Today our view is to keep going and continue our meetings in conferences and events preparing future publications and presentations along with promoting the publications so-far in books and journals. This will be acheived by organising and expanding the chaotic modeling and simulation (CMSIM) network in Groups and Sections by filling and returning the Membership Form. There is no-fees option for the book(s) authors and the conference participants. The members will have an annual meeting during the Chaos conferences and electronic or video conference meetings scheduled by the group and section chairs and the secretaries elected along with the members elect.
